Explanation of Features: These accounts are available only if opened online and an e-mail address is provided. No charge at Presidential^® ATMs or by Presidential^® for use of other ATMs. However, many banks and service bureaus charge non-customers for ATM use. An initial supply of 25 checks is provided free for Internet Checking and Checking Plus accounts only.

Notes:
¹ Monthly, on last day of month, for Certificate of Deposit (CD) maturities of one year or more; at maturity for shorter maturities

² Internet CD's longer than 30 days have a seven calendar day grace period, beginning on the day of maturity, to withdraw /deposit funds without penalty. 30 day CD's have a grace period of 1 day to withdraw/deposit funds without penalty. CD interest can be withdrawn at any time after it is credited. Withdrawal of CD principal before maturity will be assessed a penalty equal to the amount of interest that would be earned during the number of penalty months shown below at the CD interest rate, on the CD principal amount that is withdrawn before maturity (whether or not such interest has actually been earned).

If you routinely exceed these withdrawal limitations, the bank may close the account.
